Improving PH With Alkaline Foods

It is no big secret that most illnesses and diseases can be caused and cured by foods. Diseases and illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, high cholesterol can be correlated to foods high in acidity, and overall higher PH levels. 

It is crucial to understand what foods you are consuming and which foods will help maintain PH equilibrium. Eating more alkalic foods will result in cleansing your body, removing waste and allowing your body to function at an optimal level.  

Next time you are eating or grocery shopping make sure to include:

  • Almonds
  • Coconut, Carrots, Beets
  • Broccoli, Spanish, Peppers, Cauliflower 
  • Avocados, Flat seeds, Chia seeds
  • Variety of Fruits
  • Fish, Turkey

In addition, be sure to limit and reduce:

  • High Protein Intake
  • Steak, Beef
  • Sugar, Creamers
  • Alcohol, Soda, Juice
  • Processed foods and TransFats(chips, pre packaged frozen foods)
  • Diary Products 

Making adjustments in your diet to support more alkaline foods will result in better health, more energy and hormonal balance. As the great Hippocrates said “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
